  • We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials.

We may use third-party tools, software, or hosting providers. We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services but will assist where possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use your website. While we take reasonable measures to ensure quality and security, we cannot guarantee that your website will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement in writing. In the event of termination, you agree to pay for all work completed up to that point.
